Hi and welcome to MJD Personal Training.

My name is Matt Dunford and I am the founder and owner of MJD Personal Training.

In 2001 I trained with Premier Training and qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer (Level 3).

I am also a member of the register of Exercise Professionals.

I am genuinely interested in all aspects of sport and have competed semi professionally in athletics and Motocross (Expert level AMCA)

I am also fully qualified in First Aid, so you can be sure you're in safe hands!
